He has also serves as a guest lecturer at The Ohio State University Fisher School of Management and State University of New York at Buffalo Jacobs School of Management on the topic of pharmaceutical supply chain and healthcare operations.

Dr. Calderon has more than 22 years of healthcare experience in biopharmaceuticals, managed care, specialty pharmacy and infusion management, health information technology (HIT) development, clinical policy design, quality metric programming and analytics, health economics outcome research (HEOR), and medical and pharmacy drug benefit consulting.

Lester Lachuk is a strategic healthcare executive and pharmacy leader who has spent over two decades driving innovative solutions and operational excellence across managed care, pharmacy benefit management (PBM), and healthcare systems.
Recognized for his ability to lead transformative initiatives, Lester has managed high-performing teams and executed complex strategies that have generated significant cost savings and improved clinical outcomes. Lester has extensive senior leadership experience that spans multiple sectors, including payer organizations, health plans, specialty pharmacy, and integrated delivery networks. He has successfully overseen portfolios ranging from $50 million to $800 million in P&L accountability, delivering measurable results for organizations like Blue Cross Blue Shield of Western New York, AvMed, and Care Wisconsin.
With a Pharm.D., an MBA, and a Certificate in Management Excellence from Harvard Business School, Lester combines clinical expertise with sharp business acumen. He is also a Six Sigma Green Belt, further demonstrating his commitment to operational excellence.
